Ginnie’s House employs licensed therapists and a staff well equipped to serve the children, families and community of Sussex County, NJ. Office hours vary. Please call 973-579-0770 to request an appointment. Emergency access is available to participating agencies at all times.

Our Alliances
We are accredited members of National Children’s Alliance (NCA) and are members of the New Jersey Children’s Alliance, state chapter of NCA. The National Children’s Alliance has 10 Accreditation Standards with which Ginnie’s House complies. These include:
A Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) investigation which allows for prompt, culturally competent and age appropriate interagency response to reports of criminal child abuse.
Culturally competent services provided by all child abuse intervention and therapeutic professionals.
A forensic child interview conducted by a trained law enforcement professional and a DCP&P investigator.
Referrals to specialized medical services either on-site or through community linkages.
Referrals to specialized mental health services and evaluations either on-site or through partner agencies.
Victim and Family Advocacy to provide additional support, education and resources, including court preparation and accompaniment.
Routine case review by MDT professionals to ensure all needed services have been made available.
Case tracking to assess aggregate data, monitor case progress, and track outcomes.
An organizational capacity to provide management of these services.
A comfortable, safe, private environment which provides both physical safety as well as psychological safety to the child and non-offending family and/or caregivers.
